To optimize your results, we recommend everyone achieve 2 trainer led sessions per week as well as 3 of our on-demand fitness classes available on the app and in your member portal.

Book your workouts into your calendar as you aim for your 5 activity sessions per week and this will ensure you never miss a chance to increase your results.

There is never any shame in asking for guidance, assistance or modifications. In fact this is one of the reasons that Optimal uses live trainers in our sessions. We want everyone to be safe and successful and we know that fitness is not a one size fits all. You can either ask in our session, on the Facebook group or email your trainer directly!

VIRTUAL
small group training
Training with a certified personal trainer is great. Training with a certified personal trainer AND a group of other individuals with similar goals as yours is even better!
Our virtual group training is a progressive, 4 week training program in which you and up to 7 other individuals will meet twice a week to workout, connect and motivate each other through workouts that progress from session to session. The group training model is fun, cost effective and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. All workouts include bodyweight only exercises to remove any barriers to your success!

VIRTUAL
personal training
Train one-on-one with one of our trained and certified personal trainers right from the comfort of your home. Your training will start with an initial consultation to connect with the trainer of your choice, discuss your goals and training, and develop a plan from there. Sessions are scheduled around your availability and hosted through the streaming platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Personal Training sessions are available in 30 or 45 minute session lengths.

EAT WELL, LIVE WELL
nutrition coaching
Do you have the exercise part of your plan down but need some help in the kitchen? Perhaps you don’t have space to exercise at home but could work on your goals by making a change to your eating habits?
Our Nutrition Coaching service is delivered by a Registered Nutritionist that will help guide and educate you through healthy choices and options that fit your lifestyle and budget. No cookie cutter meal plans here! These sessions can be booked one-on-one, similar to our Personal Training service.
