Eating well can be a challenge for anyone. Did you know though that a small change can make a huge impact on your overall health.
EatWELL is a 2 week challenge with the goal of exploring your eating habits and making a few small improvements where possible.
During the challenge you will be given 3 weekly challenges to complete – one habit change, one food challenge, and one education piece. Weekly tasks are emailed out Monday morning and you will have 5 days to complete 1, 2, or all 3 challenges.
For each weekly challenge that is completed, you will receive a ballot into our draw.
At the end of the challenge, 3 winners will be drawn, each receiving a $15 Nutrien Fitness credit to be used towards a Personal Training package or Small Group Training package.
More information on tracking your task completion, etc., will be send out when you join the challenge.
