Our virtual group training is a progressive, 4-week training program in which you and up to 7 other individuals will meet twice a week to workout, connect and motivate each other through workouts that progress from session to session. The group training model is fun, cost effective and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. All workouts include body weight only exercises to remove any barriers to your success!
Each of our 4-week series begins and ends with a simple assessment so that you can track your progress from start to finish. When our live sessions are combined with one of our 28-day program streams your results will be fully optimized to help you meet your goals!
Small Group Training is one of the most economic ways to receive personalized training as you share the session and cost with others. Small Group Training on Optimal is set at $12.00 per session per person.
